Can you provide the bourbon for an experience?
Bourbon Experiences does not carry a liquor license, and therefore cannot provide alcohol products. However, assistance is always available in helping you select which products are the best match for your event, and where they can legally be provided, such as through a caterer, event venue or party host.
How long does the experience last?
A presentation-style experience can be as short as a few minutes or as long as a few hours, depending on your needs for the event. The timelines are flexible to accommodate you. Presentation typically run 30-45 minutes, while Pop-Up Stations usually run 1-3 hours. All bookings are for 4 hour time slots plus an additional hour to set-up and an additional hour to break-down.
How many people can be accommodated for an experience?
A presentation-style experience can accommodate any number of attendees. Pop-Up Stations are best executed at a max of 50 guests per hour. For example, a 2-hour event with 100 guests max would be comfortable. Larger events may require an additional expert on-site, to ensure all attendees can enjoy the experience.
Do you travel for experience bookings?
Yes! Please inquire about availability and pricing. All experiences booked beyond a 120 radius of Louisville, KY incur additional travel charges.
Are other cocktail experiences available?
Yes! Specialty and custom cocktail experiences, outside of the standard menu are available. Please contact directly with your idea and to receive a quote.
